Symantec Endpoint Virtualization 6.1 SP7 MP2 is now available. This release includes updates for Symantec Workspace Streaming, Symantec Workspace Virtualization and Symantec Virtual Composer.
This maintenance release includes a couple of significant items that may be relevant to certain customers:
Server Authentication – SWS now performs user authentication properly in multi-domain environments. Improves support for multiple domains by better handling where duplicate user names are returned.
Support for GPO Settings – SWS Agent now supports GPO (Group Policy Object) updates. Streaming client configurations can now be pushed through the domain group policy from the Group Policy Management Tool.
